Overall, a great experience. My only request would be a bit more user friendly website for prescriptions. I tend to do those over the phone because I am unsure about how to make the system work optimally.

I was beyond thrilled to find the eye medicine my 12 year old blind and deaf rescue pug, Murphy, uses for HALF the price my vet charges. It's quite expensive there, but KV offers the exact same med (prescription required, but KV makes that process incredibly easy) for a greatly reduced price. Arrived very quickly, too. My Murphy and I are quite pleased with KV!

I have ordered from KV for over 25 years. I have always had excellent service, excellent products and excellent prices. And delivery is fast. The staff that answer the phones are friendly and helpful making ordering simple and easy.

Over the years I have rescued many Weimaraners. I currently have 6 dogs in my house so being able to find the best prices on prescription meds is really important to me. Honestly I am surprised they sent me a review link which just goes to show they aren't really with it. I placed my order and a week went by with me emailing about status and nothing happened. I kid you not, three emails with ZERO response and finally when I said just cancel my order, they responded saying they "supposedly" could not get a hold of my vet yet miraculously they did that day and then said the order shipped, although I am still here with no product and my dog has run out of her medication. I would absolutely not recommend this company to anyone until they get their act together. So unacceptable!
