i had to call them 4 times to get a prescription faxed to my vet which was not KV Supply's fault, it was my vet's fax line not working. they were very willing to resend and did it immediately. i do not like their website, though, and the process of links one has to go through to get prescription meds.

I order flea control and heart worm preventive from here. They always get my prescriptions from my vet and ship very quickly. I've ordered many other things from KVSupply, too, and have been pleased with the service. Their website is slow at times. I feel that could be improved.

Your website isn't very user friendly. If every "I" isn't dotted or "T" crossed, the user must reenter all information from the beginning rather than simply add the missing item or correct the error.
