Your customer service person helped me investigate the ingredients in dog shampoos on your website until I found the correct one for my highly allergic dog. Thank you so much for going to the limits and beyond! :-)

Bought heartworm and flea medicine for my dog here, cheaper than any other online store or physical store. Website isn't quite as streamlined as others so it took a little while to work through the first time. Now that I've done it once it'll be a lot easier in the future. Contacted the vet for me, quick and accurate delivery, and the best price I could find.

This is an EXCELLENT product. My dogs love the bacon flavor, and since I have been giving this daily to my male German Shepherd who developed some skin issues as he got older, those skin issues have now cleared up. No more vet visits .. no more skin lesions .. no more medications. The delivery cost of the product was reasonable. I didn't feel like they were charging me marked up cost for delivery, and it came when they said it would. Can't get any better than that.

My order was filled very quickly with no complications. The price was about 40% less than locally available.

KV order was overall a positive experience. However, they wouldn't initially ship my order as they thought a veterinarian prescription was required. After I called to inform them that several of the items I ordered from them were available for purchase over the counter at feed stores and vet supply outlets here in Texas where I reside, they investigated and informed me that I was correct and apologized for the inconvenience. I received my order in a few days without further problem.

I had a problem on the website ordering Heartgard, so I called the number it listed (and then saw later that the correct page did come up. Oh well). The lady was super nice and helpful. Our order came quickly.
