Most of my items arrived in an amazingly short time, still have wormer on backorder, but bought some locally and will keep for next worming when the backorder arrives.

I have bought farm and pet products from KV Supply for 30 years. The only problem I have with it is its web site. The search engine is not very good and often doesn't come up with what I am looking for. If I type in the catalogue number, the product does come up. Also, the web site slows to a snails cawl when trying to complete an order.

I have been ordering from KV for several years now. I happily and confidently recommend them on a regular basis to my clients. I am a pet sitter so that is quite a lot of recommendations! The only issue I have is that sometimes they don't have the products I want to order.

The website is easy to use and has the most competitive prices out there. The representative on the phone was helpful and efficient. My medications were delivered quickly and without issue.

I found the prices are lower than anyone else. The customer service were very nice and kept me up to date on the status of my order.

My experience with KV Supplies has been nothing but GREAT. They handle all corespondence with the vets & email me a time space on when to expect my package & without fail the meds arrive when stated.

I have been buying canine meds. from KV Supply for a number of years and have never had a complaint. Same cannot be said for the vets. I've dealt with over the same time frame. KV have always shown exceptional patience with suggestions and follow-ups. I would recommend them to any pet owner without reservation. Thanks KV, Valerie Stephens

I have used KV Vet - KV Supply for many many years. I usually order my pet medications from them but the last couple of times have not had the greatest experience with either their order taking staff or getting a concern escalated beyond the phone person. I recently ordered a pill form medication that had a 60 count to it. I have ordered it previously from Drs Foster & Smith (and was cheaper) but have other items I needed and have ordered here before also. This time the meds did not come in a script med labeled bottle but instead came in packages of 3 pills each with a LARGE cardboard like package that a vet will give to a customer to 'try' it for their pet. This was not only extremely bulky and a pain to get the pills out of but also made for more shipping weight. When I called the person could not help me, acted as if my concern was not really a big deal and suggested I call back when a pharmacist was available during the week day. (when I am at work and have to stop to call, wait, and finally get heard) Instead, I solved it easy, peasy. I switched back to Drs. Foster & Smith. No more issue.
