KURU FootwearReviews of kurufootwear.com

Customer service person Morgan gave me amazing service for KURU shoe order over the phone. She was patient, and understanding helping me with my order. I ordered my second pair of Quantum Sneakers. She was glad to hear my feedback about the other kuru shoes that I have purchased in the past, and she said she would pass this on to the customer service team. Kuru shoes are one of the most comfortable walking shoes for my body and my situations. I can't speak highly enough about the service I received from Morgan today regarding my order,Applying my KURU points for a discount, which was very helpful. The quality and delivery with customer service of Morgan is five star!✨💙✨🌈🦋

Hi my name is Daniel. I don’t believe all the bad reviews here about Kuru. I’ve owned 30 pairs of shoes and 10 different orthotics to fix my foot pain. Nothing worked! I had Chiropractics, Orthopedics and podiatrists doctors to make me custom inserts. Nothing worked for 3 years and boy did I suffer. I used to be a runner and had to stop. I couldn’t even make it thru the day without severe pain. Two doctors even told me I need to have surgery. Then I decided to look online for orthopedic shoes. I ran across Kuru and Othofeet shoes. Both are excellent shoes. However, what really fixed my foot problems is when I took the insoles of the Othofeet shoes and put them into the Kuru shoes. The insoles of the Kuru shoes are alittle thin. You can buy just the insoles of the Othofeet shoes. You would never believe how comfortable that combination is!!! It’s unbelievable!!! The Kuru shoes saved me and now I’m walking pain free. I can even run again without any pain! The Othofeet insoles are much thicker and works great in the Kuru shoes. It’s not that I couldn’t wear the Kuru shoes with their insoles. It’s just the Othofeet are thicker and I have thin feet. I hope this helps! You should really try Kuru and Othofeet. I have bought all the top name brand for foot problems. Nothing compares to these two. Maybe Brooks or Hoka is a third best!

Love shoes and customer service is awesome. I talked with Seth and he was very courteous and professional. He was quick to help. Wish all companies had Seth for customer service.

These are the only shoes that my arthritic feet feel good and

I couldn't thank the Kuru customer service team enough for the way they handle matters with orders/ customers. When they say customer satisfaction guaranteed they actually mean it.

I'm quite frankly shocked at the number of negative reviews and wonder if they are genuine. I bought my first pair of Kurus several years ago, because I had read that they were good for plantar fasciitis, from which I was suffering at the time. What I had read was absolutely correct - I wore the shoes consistently, and my plantar fasciitis resolved itself. The shoes are excellent quality - I still have that first pair. Since then I have purchased 4 more pairs of shoes from Kuru. I have had nothing but responsive, excellent customer service. In one case I returned the shoes; free shipping both ways; prompt refund. Most recently I ordered their Loft slippers. The size I ordered was too small. It was a simple matter to go through the exchange process online. I received the new size within a few days. I have a wide toe box and these shoes work beautifully for me. I highly recommend Kuru for their excellent product and customer service.

Bear best advice and information. Easy to reach and easy to access when needed.

NOTE: This review was written just a few weeks after receiving my shoes and not written after a great amount of use. An updated review will be added in time. I ordered a size 10 Medium width (Quantum Model) as I usually wear 10.5 or 10 wide. Turns out the 10 Medium was still skinny so I asked for an exchange. The process of exchanging my purchase couldn't have gone any more smooth. I was really impressed by not just the communication with the staff, but the replacement speed was incredible! From first contact to receiving my new shoes at my house only took 2 business days! I was worried because I've read some bad reviews on their staff for this company but my experience with the staff was 5 stars A++. I also have seen multiple negative reviews about the material not lasting very long and I haven't had the shoes long enough so I will not comment on that. I suffer from severe foot pain when standing and I will be using these shoes only for the purpose of standing and walking at work. I work in a clean environment and have faith that these shoes can last quite a while. I brought the shoes in during my orthopedic physician appointment for the doctors opinion and he finds the shoe insert is not the best for arch support because they go flat under the pressure of body weight, but I explained I was more intrigued by the cushion in the heel of the shoe (under the insert). I'm now getting custom molded inserts for my lack of arch and I'm hoping the combination of a custom insert and shoes with heel cushion will solve my pain issues. Finding the right solution to feet pain is tough and my personal experience of going to multiple doctors and paying hundreds of dollars in different shoes and inserts sold in stores have not helped my particular condition. Please know that footwear designed to help foot pain will not be a guaranteed fix your certain issue. But read deep into company reviews and don't brush them off because of a "Star Rating". FOLLOW THE BREAKING IN CYCLE RECOMMENDATIONS! They have them for a reason and they will only exchange your shoes if they are in "new" condition. I emailed the company to get more clarification because I wanted to undo the laces and walk around the house for a while without voiding any return agreements. This was totally okay with their policy as I did not go hiking in the mud and kept them looking new. These are the first shoes I've tried that give me a little more hope in my journey with fixing foot pain. And I look forward to updating this review in a few months. Plus I REALLY like how the Quantum light blue shoes look in person. Stylish but not loud and attention seeking like some other fitness shoes.
