I bought two pairs of shoes from Kuru and they are fantastic for these 70 year old ballet feet that sometimes don’t feel 20 anymore. I suggested that Kuru provide arch support insert options, and to my surprise I received a human response. Don’t ever underestimate the value of a Help Center with human intervention. These folks are as important as your products, if not more! Cheers!!

The shoes I purchased didn't work out for me as they were too narrow. The return and refund process could not have been easier. In fact, I am going to go back and take a look at some different shoes to see if they will work better.

The Kuru shoes are very supportive and I have had wonderful support when needing to make a return. Excellent customer services for any question or help needed.

Great company. I've dealt with planter fasciitis for years. Theses shoes are incredibly comfortable and true to size; I can wear them all day without pain. Very easy to order and quick to ship. I needed to exchange a pair of sandals that I purchased. I emailed a photo with a question and received an auto responder saying I would get a response within 24 hours. Within 30 minutes I had someone email me back and get the exchange started for me. Quick response and great customer service!

I really enjoy Kuru shoes, they are great for my feet - roomy and suppportive in every sense ! I'll explain. The arch support is wonderful, it really does mold to to my feet. Also, the Kuru-gurus expressed a benevolent attitude with a rapid response - less than 24 hours - and pertinent info when I had a query about delivery. They are really on the side of the customer, and in a friendly way ! All in all, a very 'heeling' company ! ; )
