I had an issue with the clarity of the ordering process and I inadvertently added an unwanted item. My mistake was promptly corrected.

Ordered the Quantum 2.0 to replace the year old Quantum that were showing their age. I loved the Quantum and was looking forward to the new shoes. The Quantum 2.0 did not fit like the Quantum. I ordered the same size (Women's 10.5, Wide) but the new shoes were tight. Toes felt squeezed. Even checked the box to see if they had sent the wrong size. Nope, clearly marked 10.5 W. Got my old Quantum and held them up together. Obvious to me the new shoe was shorter than the old shoe. Got out my trusty measuring tape, that I use frequently since I make quilts. The difference in length is easily 3/8 to 4/8 of an inch. So disappointed. Loved the fit and ease of my 1st Quantum. Declined to order up a size--just felt the 2.0 was different. If I get back to Salt Lake City will seek out the shoe store again and see about being fitted. The exchange, etc. was handled very professionally. Just sad. Let me know if you go back to the original Quantum . . .

I Purchased kurus chicane a year ago. I put in orthotics about six months ago however I could not find My insoles when I wanted to put them back into the kurus. The representative said if your insoles are in stock, we can ship them with no charges to you. Thank you so much.

Shoes have been great, after 5 months there was some areas falling apart but they held to there warranty and I appreciate it! Highly recommend
