My husband was having issues with the…
My husband was having issues with the shoe we got. We had a unique situation as time got away from us (due to medical issues). I contacted KURU to see if there was anything we could do to get him an exchange into a larger size. They were very kind and compassionate regarding his situation. They approved a return/exchange to help us out. They are an amazing company and stand behind their shoes. I highly recommend them and am forever grateful for their kindness and compassion.

Kuru never lets me down the…
Kuru never lets me down the professionalism dedication and helpful these men and women have that are on the other end of this phone is outstanding. Kuru changed my life I’m lost over 100 pounds because my severe foot pain was actuall IS nonexistent I’ve tried custom insoles other brand shoes and even that horrible shot for plantar fasciitis nothing has solved my problem like a pair of Kurus if you have lost hope and have no option left please PLEASE try Kuru it’s will change and improve your life like you wouldn’t believe

My shoes were under warranty and they…
My shoes were under warranty and they honored the warranty and her sending me a replacement pair. It literally took me a few minutes to contact somebody get a reply back and once I provided information moments later they reviewed it and decided that I was within the warranty and are in the process of sending my new shoes.

My initial purchase did not fit
My initial purchase did not fit. I contacted the company by email and by phone, as have foot/fit issues and also had issues with return locations in my area. Everyone was very helpful in resolving my issues. I returned and reordered a different style and saw this morning new pair on the way!!
