I bought womens Quantum shoes that, after wearing for 3 weeks for several hours a day, were not giving me noticeable improvement in my heel pain. Upon submitting a review I was contacted quickly by an Kuru representative and asked my concerns. I asked for a refund and was promptly granted a full refund with no further questions asked.

Kuru hires (or trains?) qualified representatives who are professional, knowledgeable, courteous and prompt to reply, all of the qualities that a customer appreciates. I only discovered the Kuru brand 2 years ago and am very happy to have found the most comfortable footwear I've ever owned. Whether they be trainers, hiking shoes, boots, sandals, they are all of excellent quality and comfort.

Very efficient

This year I had ankle surgery due to 3 fractures on right ankle. I also have 3 Lower lumbar bulging discs that were exasperated causing sciatica due to favoring the left side during rehab after surgery. I also have plantar fascitis in my left foot. The Flex Via were the only shoes I was able to wear that corrected all 3 problems. I tried wearing sketchers, Cloud, New Balance, Nikes and Adidas. I even ordered another shoe from you that are comfortable but not like that Flex Via. I was able to get a wide width due to having swelling after surgery. I love how you can adjust the extra long shoelaces as foot would swell and now does not swell much. I can wear the shoes, walk all day, stand from morning til night with full comfort, never wanting to take them off...This shoe fixed all my problems and I am much better due to them. Thank you! I just order another pair in medium width due to wanting the black pair and hope they work. If not, I will return for the wide width in one of the two colors that come in wide. Due to how the shoe is made, I will probably be OK either way because of the way the shoe laces can adjust so perfectly due to all the eyelets. I walk with a normal gate due to the flexibility of the shoe.....Never get a backache when wearing them. Every customer service representative have been exceptional.
