Her pleasant and happy voice
Her pleasant and happy voice. She was very happy to help me with a mix up in my order. The problem was solved and I am satisfied and happy that I didn't have to talk to someone who was a grump.

Excellent Customer Service
Even though I ended up sending back the boot I tried, I’m giving a 5 star rating because of how easy the process was and for the excellent customer service. Will try a different style of shoe at another time.

Excellect customer service
Even though the shoe was not wide enough, returns were very easy. I had an issue making the second return and had to call customer support, they were very polite and helped in an instant. About the shoe: The arch support was great, it just wasn't wide enough. If they make a double wide version, I would definitely try them again.
Response from KURU FootwearNov 4, 2024
I'm so sorry that the shoe wasn't wide enough. Your feedback is so valuable to us and I've forwarded this to our product team. I hope we are able to meet your needs in the near future. I'm very happy we were able to make your experience great regardless. Thanks for giving us a shot!
