Currently, I have plantar fasciitis and have been wearing my Birkenstocks non-stop because they are so supportive of my arch. But I needed a sneaker to take their place, and it appears that KURU is doing the trick. When I ordered online, I ordered 2 different sizes because I did not know which would fit me better...and then the return process was seamless. I am a happy customer!

Kuru has been great to work with. I bought the Flex Via the same size as I always wear but they just didn't feel right. Figured I needed a half size larger and they agreed to take the shoes back even though I was 5 days past the 45 happy return policy. I've had great experience with my now 8th pair of Kuru shoes. Other than my work boots, I wear nothing but Kurus!

I’ve been wearing Kurus for many years. And I’ve always loved them. My shoe size has changed and the last FREE pair I received weren’t 100% comfortable on me. Enter Brae, who offered me the FREE pair to begin with! Brae has been on a quest to help me get exactly the shoe and size that I need. And quickly. I just sent the first pair back. And it was such an easy return. Before I even got home I had an email from Kuru saying they’d received the return notification and my new pair is in the way. Great company. Great shoes.
