Your design and cushioning is key
Your design and cushioning is key. They out lasted every other shoes I've tried. I will never waste another dime again. This is my forever brand of shoes. Your shoes saved my feet and I have an active life again. Thank you so much 💓

They made good on my soles of my shoe that came off. Was quick with there response to my issue and issued me new ones. Very happy with the results. Will recommend this company to my mail carrier coworkers.
Response from KURU FootwearAug 27, 2026
We’re so glad our team was able to make things right quickly and get you a replacement pair after the soles came off. We know how frustrating it is when something goes wrong with a pair you rely on, and we’re happy the resolution left you feeling taken care of. We especially appreciate you recommending KURU to your fellow mail carrier coworkers. When you’re on your feet and putting in those miles every day, having shoes you can count on makes all the difference. We’re grateful to have you in the KURU family!

Top-class customer service
Not only did customer service respond to me on a Sunday morning and allow return to a place easier for me, but the refund came within days, far faster than the standard week or two. The quality of the shoes is unmistakably the highest. Now to get a style that has some style.
Response from KURU FootwearAug 27, 2026
We love hearing that our team made the return process easier for you and that your refund arrived so quickly. Getting you taken care of promptly is important to us, so it’s great to know everything moved along faster than expected. And we’ll happily take “the quality is unmistakably the highest” as a pretty wonderful compliment. Now we just need to find you a pair that brings the style to match! Our GURU team would love to help you find a KURU that checks both boxes at [email protected]

Sales representatives know their product
All three reps were kind and patient. After placing my order for CURAs, I mentioned my Adam 2's were not as cushiony anymore since I had lived in them every day for a year. The rep is sending me a a set of free insoles, per Kuru policy. I forgot to mention my bonus points and called back. The rep said no problem n refunded my 📱 card. I changed my mind on color choice n called back again. The third rep said no problem, canceled my order, and reordered my new color choice. While in college, I took a marketing class. Both the professor and textbook agreed that people don't necessarily buy because they have faith in product and/or service, but because they have faith in the sales representative. KURU reps know their product, company policy, and how to treat customers.
Response from KURU FootwearAug 24, 2026
It’s wonderful to hear how consistently kind, patient, and knowledgeable each of our GURUs was throughout your experience. From helping with fresh insoles for your well-loved ATOM 2s, to applying your bonus points, and then making that color change easy, it sounds like our team made every step feel simple and stress-free. Your perspective on the importance of trust in the person representing a company really resonates with us. Knowing our GURUs earned your trust through their product knowledge, understanding of our policies, and genuine care means a great deal. We’re lucky to have a team that takes that responsibility seriously. We hope you love your new CURAs and that your next pair gets just as much love and wear as your ATOM 2s!

Your response to my email was very fast…
Your response to my email was very fast and personalized. It made me feel valued. I hope to see more wide options for women in the future especially in sandals. I also hope to see more options with the improved Kurusole in more styles and colors. You need tan or brown options not just black and grey. The men's wide shoe with the improved Kurusole fit my husband great (true to size) and supports his ankle as he deals with supination better than any other shoe we have tried. He says it works better than the multiple custom-made orthotics and other high-end brand of shoes he has tried.
Response from KURU FootwearAug 24, 2026
We’re so glad our team could provide a fast, personalized experience and make you feel valued. That’s exactly the kind of care we want every KURU customer to receive. We also really appreciate the thoughtful suggestions for more women’s wide styles, especially sandals, along with more KuruSole options and additional colors like tan and brown. We’ll make sure that feedback is heard. And it’s wonderful to hear that your KURU shoe has been such a game changer for your husband’s supination. Knowing it has provided better support than custom orthotics and other high-end shoes he’s tried is an incredible compliment. We’re so happy he found a fit that works so well for him!
