Lifelong Customer for Sure!
The customer service is beyond outstanding. All companies should strive for such care in their communication with their customers. Kuru is responsive
Kuru is responsive. I ordered shoes that arrived in a timely manner, however were not for my feet. Contacted the company via email and received a prompt response. The customer service is outstanding, and because of the positive experience will return with no hesitation.

Great customer service
I had bought two pairs of shoes, but there was a mix-up, and they sent the wrong size. The next business day, customer service reached out to me and promptly resolved the issue. So far, the shoes are great and very comfortable.

I have trouble with neuropathy in my…
I have trouble with neuropathy in my feet due to MS and years ago I purchased a pair of shoes from Kuru which I have and still wear, so I can attest to the comfort and quality of workmanship. I have been in need of a new pair and guru kuru has been so helpful with finding just what I need. I have had to do a couple of exchanges which was very easy and customer service is outstanding. I love Kuru shoes!

Quick and easy
Quick and easy. Lloyd was polite and knew exactly how to help solve my problem so that I could find an order number and submit an exchange. Kuru genius employees are the best! I’ve spoken to them on numerous occasions and they never disappoint.

I emailed customer service, within 20 minutes I had a response! I was not expecting to receive a response that quickly. All of my questions were answered and easy step by step instructions were provided. The conversation was polite and friendly.
