Please Don’t buy from Kuru.. I bought a pair of shoes. The shoes did not fit and I tried to return the same day I received. I was told my return was denied as no refunds if box is opened. I have tried to call Kuru and no reply. My only option is now small claims court ..

They gave a $6.00 refund for the FedEx label. I could not get my foot into the shoes. I call and complain to the lady that was help me. But when they got my shoes back they charged me $12.00. should have $1850.50 for my order minus $6.00 for the return label for a total of $179.50. But to justified them self the charged me for $6.00 refund they gave and I only got $173.50. they told me I add the $6.00 refund to my $173.50 I would have $179.50. But no one their could tell me where was my $6.00 refund if you charged me back

I am in Australia In ordered 2 pairs of shoes a pair of sandals and a pair of socks I waited and waited and kept emailing no replies eventually get my package delivered notification look all around house nothing go to post box there is a small box containing sunglasses? Then took 10 days of emails before anyone responded I asked to reorder only to be told there are no shoes?? Then said I could keep the sunglasses and receive a 40% refund or return the item for a full refund! Customer service is appalling and exhausting! So can’t review the actual shoes only the company. I don’t see why I have to send a pair of sunglasses back to get my refund none of this is my fault I won’t be paying postage. And they locked my account so I couldn’t access for proof of order

I had high hopes for my purchase from Kuru Footwear, but unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. Not only has my order been delayed twice, but the company has also failed to provide any satisfactory explanation or resolution. It’s incredibly frustrating to wait for a product that never arrives, especially when there’s no clear communication from the company’s end. As a customer, I expect better service and accountability. At this point, I’m hesitant to place any future orders with Kuru Footwear and would caution others to consider their options before purchasing from them.

A completely opaque company. No customer service, no response to emails, can't even call them to cancel my order! Worst online experience ever.

They did not send my order I placed my order 22 November 2023 and they are still preparing my order I have emailed them so many times and no answer.

This company attempts to discount their shoes by a negligible amount to prevent returns or exchanges of their product. Additionally, the way they do this is sneaky to the consumer. I DO NOT recommend purchasing anything from them. Their customer service is HARD to get a hold of, unfriendly, and unhelpful. I purchased sandals from KURU and they were a size too large. I went to exchange them for a smaller size and was told by Chad in their customer service staff that because I purchased these shoes at a sale price that I could not exchange them for a smaller size. No where in my confirmation or my order was it written or was I told I could not exchange the shoes, or I would have never purchased them. In fact, at the top of the email is text that says "free 45-day exchange and returns". Neither the confirmation or the order online shows that the "Kala" shoes were purchased at a discounted price. It's important to also note that this shoe style is not discontinued or final sale shoe--the company is still actively selling this shoe! It seems like this company regularly engages in predatory business practices. Additionally, no where on my invoice or confirmation does it say ANYTHING about the shoes being final sale and unreturnable so this excuse feels made up. On top of this issue, the second pair of shoes, the "draft" slippers I ordered at the same time have yet to ship. I attempted to e-mail and call customer service for two weeks and didn't get a response. After finally getting a hold of someone today, they said they "may" have a pair in a warehouse in Kentucky but they are not sure. All around an unhelpful company if a) you don't get exactly what you want and might need an exchange b) you might not even get your product!

Maybe unfair to leave this on the Kuru website, but kurufootwearuk.com is a scam site. Do not buy from there.
