I have called customer service 3 times now and each time you have been so appreciative that i gave Kuru shoes a chance.. you have been helpful with each call. First 2 calls helping me order the right shoe and size for me.. 3rd time was help with my 2nd orders tracking. Best customer service i have had in a long time! I was referred to KURU's by a friend. I ordered a pair of slip-ons and a pair of sneakers. They were both too small. Ordered the next size bigger, they came, and are perfect. Contacted KURU's to return 1st order. Couldn't have been easier!! Representative was very upbeat, knowledgeable, and helpful. Took a couple of minutes, I dropped them of at my local UPS, easy-peasy!!!
