Ordered two pairs of shoes
Ordered two different models pairs of shoes. Both are excellent quality and fit is just perfect but had to return one as I found it too heavy on my feet as I have Neuropathy. Kuru sent prepaid label to return without any questions. Very impressed with the service

Find a shoe to correct imbalance and falls
after several attempts to find the right heel height, i find that kuru did not have a heel low enough. So I had to go to another brand. My heel needs to be at ground level for balance and pronation issues. I suggest kuru take a look at NFL football players shoes are flat, take away the spikes for traction. That is the natural foot stance.

the shoes did not fit properly and was uncomfortable when walking. Kuru accepted the return graciously and quick.

Best company I have ever ordered from! Quick response to help me return shoes and will send out the new size as soon as they are returned. Answered every question I had thoroughly and gave me great suggestions if the bigger pair doesn’t work.

Great customer service, great shoes
Great customer service, the shoes are amazing for both myself and my husband as we have foot problems. I cant say enough good things about this company. I have always gotten great compliments about my shoes, and I have told many people about the brand.
