My 1st order I messed up and they were…
My 1st order I messed up and they were happy to help get it fixed. The replacement shoes were sent like the same day.... then Amazon lost them in transit. Kuru were so quick to replace the lost pair and charge Amazon for the loss!

Excellent customer service and great shoes
I ordered my first pair of Kurus and realized I needed to go up a half size. I emailed them to inquire about an exchange. They responded immediately and had my exchange sent out to me within 24 hours. I am really impressed with their customer service and their shoes are super cute and they feel great. Highly recommend!

Fantastic company!
What made this experience so great was the kindness, helpfulness, and swiftness of there service! I have had to make multiple exchanges and they were amazing to work with and not to mention that there shoes were absolutely spectacular!! I would 100% recommend this company!

Superb agent in customer service makes buying Kuru shoes the best decision
Great agent in customer service. She helped me navigate the website, updated my profile info, and her knowledge about shoes and return policies influenced my decision. She went above and beyond by restating expired award points that when added to my current points gave me a $12 discount. I’m excited to receive my shoes and then buy sandals when it gets warmer. Kudos to this great rep.
