Great job!
Your pre shoe arrivals emails were almost exciting! The educational videos helpful and support the feet theme logo catchy. Something about all this was professional and caring. My shoes did not fit on arrival and I was having a little trouble with my exchange label but was quickly fixed with my email inquiry. Just saying looking forward to my new shoes. You are doing a great job!

Focus on life experiences rather than my foot pain.
The shoes have really been helping my heel pain. I’m so thankful I found the company online. I love that there are multiple styles to choose from. It’s nice to know I can be casual or dressy with comfort. The shoes have truly helped me walk the golf course in comfort and I am thankful as I plan for my high school son’s graduation and an upcoming cruise that I can have the right shoes to support my feet so I can focus on the events of life rather than my foot pain. I had tried different orthotics and heel pads, but these shoes have been better for me than those. I combine the shoes with a foot roller, stretches, and a night brace.

Kuru, the winning brand
One year later and Kuru is still a winning brand. Their kicks give quality, foot-helping comfort and their costumer care will make you smile. I was pretty much a fan from the jump. Like really, Kuru is a rare gem, chock-full of integrity. You can see it in their policies, staff and outstanding products. Even their site is helpful and gives spot-on recommendations. Any additional questions I have, I simply called. I already have five pairs. My aunt (who I hipped to them last month) has already ordered pair two! So, if you’re looking for a new, reliable brand, Kuru is 100% customer friendly, 100% quality and a 100% game changer for your feet. OH! Let me not forget about the socks! THE SOCKS! Good-googalee-moogalee, I love their socks. Get those, too!

Excellent remedy and follow-up
Good follow-up with a problem with a shoe shipment (wrong color). As it turned out a smaller width would probably have been better suited for me (for this shoe). Customer support (via email) was excellent; answered all questions and provide helpful (detail responses on return process (via FedEx)). Return at FedEx was good. KURU shipped out a new shoe (with changes requested).
