We needed to exchange shoes that didn't fit. I tried using tge chatbox to facilitate the exchange but we didn't receive the promised shipping label so I called. The call was answered promptly and the person who answered was very helpful. She took our information and waited on the line until I received the shipping label by email.

Customer Service very nice and helpful. On the other hand their returning process not so good. They defaulted my return money to a store credit instead to my credit card. I had to call to clear it up. Also I wanted to exchange for a different pair of shoes, their web site made it to difficult to figure out to do an exchange so I had them credit back my credit card....so sad they lost out on a $168.00 sale.

We really appreciate you calling this out. Glad our team was helpful, but that return experience should have been smoother from start to finish. Defaulting to store credit and making exchanges hard to navigate isn’t the goal, and we can see how that would be frustrating. I made a mistake on my order with the shipping address, I have moved since the last time I ordered (all my shoes are Kuru.) I figured it would be a mess because everything today is automated with no human interaction (or responsive automated system). I was wrong with in minutes of my email, I got a response, and in an hour an email that it had been fixed. Can't ask for anything better.

We love a good plot twist… especially when it ends with the package finding its way home. Changing an address mid-order can feel like a “welp, there goes my shoes” moment, so we’re extra glad our team could hop in, reroute things, and keep everything stepping in the right direction.
