Sent a text requesting a size change after hours 11:45 PM. Surprised at such a quick return to my questions. Very pleasant to work with answered my questions. Got my return going very pleased.

Kuru has been remarkable
Kuru has been remarkable. I spent years chasing solutions to my plantar heel pain, and it wasn’t until I found Kuru that I found something that works. There is a lot of hype out there these days, but Kuru has real solutions in their technology. On top of all of that, they’ve been a great company to deal with in terms of getting questions answered, keeping you informed, and providing tech support if you need it. Highly recommended!

I called to see about sending my shoes…
I called to see about sending my shoes back. And KuRu was closed,but then I got a e mail asking why I called. I explained what my issue, and they sent me a return lable.i am very pleased with KuRu.
