Greatest company that I ever encountered with
My experience was awesome ever since I found this company online by mistake and ever since that day I really don't buy from anyone else so now I am going to order another pair that I really want can't wait to get them 😜 hopefully you still have my size because they're just flying out the door like hot cakes kuru tennis shoes are the best the customer service is excellent and friendly there staff is amazing I've been buying from kuru for about 13 yrs now and I have never been disappointed with my products I highly highly recommend kuru products especially if you are on your feet all day long these are the shoes to get no ins ands or buts

This absolutely made our day! We’re so grateful you found KURU, even if it was by accident, and even more grateful that you’ve been part of the KURU family for 13 years. That kind of loyalty means the world to us. It’s wonderful to hear your shoes have kept you supported through all those long days on your feet, and that our GURU team has consistently delivered a great experience along the way. Sounds like your favorite styles really are flying out the door, so hopefully your size is waiting with your name on it! Thank you so much for the glowing recommendation and for continuing to choose KURU year after year.

Easy and fast
My first pair of Kurus and one of the lace eyelets broke after three weeks. I emailed a picture to customer service. They responded quickly to my problem and replaced the shoes with no other questions.
Response from KURU FootwearMay 15, 2026
While we’re sorry to hear you experienced an issue with the lace eyelet, we’re so glad our GURU team was able to step in quickly and get things resolved for you. That definitely isn’t the experience we want for your first pair, but we’re happy the replacement process was smooth and hassle-free. Thank you for giving KURU a try and for sharing your experience!

When you speak to friendly people and get the best possible answers from them it makes you want to continue business with the company. Good shoes, supportive staff and Kuru makes great shoes.

Thank you so much for the kind words. We truly believe great customer support should go hand in hand with great shoes, so hearing that our team made you feel valued and supported means a lot to us. We’re so glad you’ve had a positive experience both with the shoes and with our staff, and we really appreciate your continued support of KURU.

I had some delays with the fedex…
I had some delays with the fedex shipping that added a couple weeks to the time line but it all ended in the best way -- the shoes did arrive! I had help from the KURU customer service and that made a big difference. It all ended well. A refund had been offered but I stayed with the original order and it came through perfectly.
Response from KURU FootwearMay 13, 2026
We really appreciate your patience throughout the shipping delays, and we’re so glad everything ultimately worked out in the end. Waiting extra weeks for an order is never fun, but it’s wonderful to hear the shoes finally arrived and that our customer service team was able to help make the process smoother along the way. We’re also grateful you chose to stick with the original order rather than taking the refund option, and we’re happy it came through successfully in the end. Thanks so much for sharing the update and for giving us the chance to make things right.

What a find
I’m on a strict budget so spending over $100 for sneakers is a big decision but the only exercise I get is my daily walk I’m 76 years old so at my age everything seems to be breaking down This is my first pair of Kuru and yesterday was my first day wearing my new Roam sneakers and they’re amazing I didn’t feel any pain in my toes especially my big toe that has a callous Also, I felt like I was standing taller so they help with pasture as well I’m very happy Thank you

Thank you so much for sharing this. We know investing in supportive shoes is a big decision, especially on a strict budget, and it means a lot to hear that your first experience with KURU has been such a positive one. It’s wonderful that your new KURU ROAM helped relieve pressure around your toes and callus right from the first day. And hearing that you even felt like you were standing taller is such a lovely reflection of how good support can improve overall alignment and posture. Daily walks are such an important way to stay active and care for yourself, and we’re honored to be part of that journey with you. Wishing you many more comfortable miles ahead in your new shoes!

I so appreciate how the Kuru staff…
I so appreciate how the Kuru staff answers my emails. They acknowledge my concerns. Show they understand my needs. Then they give explicit steps to resolve my concern. They also leave the door open for any other questions. I always feel heard and cared about! Thanks Kuru gang!

This means so much to our team. We truly believe support should feel personal, thoughtful, and helpful, so hearing that you felt heard, understood, and cared for is exactly the experience we hope to provide. We’re especially glad the guidance felt clear and actionable while still leaving space for continued support if needed. Thank you for taking the time to share such kind words about the KURU gang. We’ll be smiling about this one for a while!

Life Changing Shoes
I have terrible feet and I need to be on them all day for work. I am a Pilates Instructor with rhumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia. These shoes are life changing. I love the slides and the tennis shoes. The socks are good but overrated. I will be buying more shoes!
Response from KURU FootwearMay 12, 2026
Hearing that our shoes have been life changing for you truly means the world to us. Spending all day on your feet as a Pilates instructor is demanding enough on its own, and we’re so glad your slides and tennis shoes are helping provide the comfort and support you need to keep moving through your day more comfortably. We also really appreciate your honest feedback about the socks. We’re always grateful when customers share both what they love and where they think there’s room for improvement. Thank you so much for trusting KURU with your feet, and we’re excited to keep you supported in future pairs!
