I had an issue with my shoes but service was AMAZING!
I had an issue with my shoes. The small loops for the laces broke on one shoe. I emailed the company and realized I didn’t keep the order number but explained my problem. Within hours, Kuru responded and sent a replacement pair! What great service! Amazing in today’s world. Shop Kuru!

Best Customer service
I received Kuru shoes today, so far great shoes very comfortable. Kuru has one of the best customer service, I needed to return one of the pair and everything was done on chat. They generated the QR code and easy fedEx return

My shoes arrived super fast but sadly I ordered the wrong size. I emailed to ask how to start an exchange. The reply was very prompt then followed up with all information I needed to return the shoes. Very pleasant experience!

Great Product, Great Customer Service
I wear a small size shoe and have flat feet, so it’s been very hard to find stylish, adult shoes that also do not leave me in pain after a day of walking. KURU has been THE SOLUTION, I love them! When I needed help with the warranty on my MOMENT sandals (highly recommend 10/10 no notes) I felt heard and received a solution I was happy with. Altogether I have enjoyed this brand’s products and their customer service, so I would absolutely recommend KURU if you’re like me and have ✨ unique feet ✨

Customer service made this issue right. Let's hope the second pair doesnt end up like the first pair did.
Very disappointed. I have had them less than a month and the stitching on the toe is already coming apart. So far I have not had relief from the foot pain. But at this rate the shoe won’t even make 91 days before it’s come apart. They replaced the shoes with another pair. So far, it's been great customer service.

The stitching on the toe should absolutely not be coming apart, and we understand how frustrating it is to see that happening so soon, particularly when you haven’t experienced the foot-pain relief you were hoping for either. This is a defect, and our warranty policy covers defects like this for six months.
