Great shoes, great customer service !
I decided to try the LOMA Jarvi sandal as cute summer work shoe, I am a hairstylist and can be on my feet for up to 6-8 hours straight. These are so comfortable! They keep me balanced, give me a little height and I don’t feel the aching that I normally do at the end of the day. I decided to order the other color and use my points when purchasing them. I noticed that the points were still pending so I called customer service. I got someone on the phone right away, no prompts or being redirected to a website and she was super friendly and helpful and cleared my points so I could immediately use them. They are a little pricey, however these will be my go to shoes for work and regular wear, the never ending hunt is over so it’s totally worth it !

Thank you for sharing your experience! We're so glad the LOMA Järvi is keeping you comfortable through long days on your feet. It's also wonderful to hear our GURU team was able to quickly help with your points so you could grab a second pair. We appreciate your support and are thrilled you've found your new go-to shoes!

Easy returns
I ordered a pair of Atom2 sneakers and a pair of Moment slides. I love the slides but wasn’t sure about the sneakers. They were so kind about returning the sneakers even though I no longer had the box and wore them one time for a few minutes. Not many customer services are that accommodating and I appreciate it.
Response from KURU FootwearJun 22, 2026
Thank you for sharing your experience! We're so glad our team was able to make the return process easy, even without the original box and after a quick trial wear. Flexibility and support matter, and we're happy we could help. We appreciate you giving both styles a try, and we're glad you're enjoying your MOMENT slides. Thanks for choosing KURU!
