Excellent customer service!
The company keeps to its word regarding returns. I had to make a return as the item was too high for me. I will definitely purchase something with a lower heel.Products are of excellent quality. Customer Service is excellent, very professional and very efficient!

Amazing customer service
This company’s customer service is outstanding! I had a small issue with one shoe popping when I walk. I contacted Kuru and my issue was handled immediately. Kuru stands behind their products and honors their warranty without making one jump through hoops.

Customer Service
I had an issue that I wasn’t sure what to do about. The customer service answered all of my questions extremely quickly and they even gave me some recommendations for what to do. I felt heard and understood.
