I ordered the wrong size of my 2nd pair…
I ordered the wrong size of my 2nd pair of Kuru shoes. I emailed to see if I could exchange them for my correct size and was answered almost immediately with full instructions.

Kind and competent
I had to get my order replaced because of an error by the shipping company. The customer service lady was kind and understanding. She had my order replaced and shipped before I was even off the phone. She was extremely polite and competent.

The Rep was extremely pleasant
The Rep was extremely pleasant, knowledgable, and helpful. She even picked up with me after I had to take a call from a doctor's office in the middle of our conversation. I felt like a valued customer.
