The shoes are comfortable but expensive. The first pair that I bought a few months ago are becoming defective ( show detaching from sole) and the ones I received this week clearly did not go thru any sort of quality control as the trim is hanging over the shoe and fraying. Very disappointing.

I bought a 150$ pair of shoes. On my invoice it said taxes and shipping paid (paid extra 20$ for this) and i ended up having to pay 45 pounds of import duties. What a scam

The shoes are all right. I thought they could be my go-to shoe. However, their website is so poorly run that you can not filter by size. It shows you can, but the result does not reflect the filter. It makes it impossible to shop.

Their change to the shoe design unfortunately made the Roam shoes go from fitting me perfectly to NOT AT ALL. They're just for wide feet now & are super awkward. But the main thing is that despite them saying they have free returns & exchanges, it took a few day to get an email with an RMA. BUT, they didn't even bother to attach a shipping label (which their site seems to indicate they'll do) or to include a return address so I could ship it on my own. It's been 6 days now since I've emailed them multiple times and tried to chat with them during live hours and I have gotten NO RESPONSE!

While the customer service representative that I spoke to was pleasant enough, I ordered my shoes and it took five days total for delivery. When they arrived, they didn’t fit, and I had to ship them back. They only refunded me the cost of the shoes, but NOT the five dollars to send them to me. Size information on the website is inaccurate and exchanging for a smaller size was not an option because it was going to take another week to get the shoes because my color was not readily available. Last, they did not include a return label so I had to print my own. Overall, I would say this was a negative experience that cost me $5. The shoes seemed nice enough but were way too big. I wear the same size shoe from every manufacturer I’ve purchased from with very few exceptions. I measure an 11 and I’ve ordered from Allbirds, Nike, Adidas, Puma, Cole-Haan, and others and they fit perfectly. To sum up, it cost me five dollars to order a pair of shoes that didn’t fit right out of the box. If I were to try this brand again, I would have to go to a store to try them on because I don’t trust their sizing and I prefer not to throw money away to find out something doesn’t fit

Decent show for restaurant kitchen floors, problem is the shoe laces go past my knees that long I called to say why did they send boot laces? That’s the only laces we have, I said really I have to triple tie them..said they would send shorter ones never did. Crappy customer service we will advice production,boohoo

The boots so far seem nice, but I just paid almost a hundred bucks extra on brokerage fees on top of their $19 shipping fee. FedEx says the product originated in China hence the huge fee. I have bought online from several other U.S. companies whose products are manufactured elsewhere but have never been charged brokerage fees like that! The boots were only $175, the shipping was $114. I contacted the company they said there was nothing they can do and offered me $20 off my next purchase. They obviously are aware of this problem but don't bother to warn international customers. Poor customer service and business practices!

Refund long overdue and zero CS communication from Kuru Satisfied with my first 2 purchases from Kuru, I bought a 3rd pair in a different style. They didn't fit right, so I returned them for a refund (tracking shows returned). 3 weeks later no refund, so I contacted them and received a generic response. I clicked a link in the response, logged in to my account, and was on a returns page, where I entered my order number. Apparently there's no such order number even though I copied and pasted it from my order confirmation email. Next day I went back to the website and my login wasn't working and they had no record of my email address even though I have multiple emails from them to that email address. I'm in the process of disputing this charge with my bank. This is unfortunate because I wanted to purchase a 2nd pair of a previous style, that fit really well, but now won't be purchasing from them again.
