The fast response time and attention to detail.
The reply I received from Mindee was fast, as was my reply to her. Now I am waiting for the outcome. My expierences with KURU are very positive. First the shoes are terrific, they took care of the knee pain, except for the very expensive slippers, which aggrevated the pain, hence my email. Earlier I needed to make an exchange because I was sent a ladies size, the process couldn't have been easier and prompt. This I can tell you Sketchers has lost a customer and KURU gained one.

I inquired about purchasing replacement…
I inquired about purchasing replacement insoles for the new shoes I purchased because I love them and wanted to make sure they stayed as comfortable as new. Since you don’t sell insoles they sent me a pair free of charge! Love your customer service and your shoes!

Great customer service!
There was an issue with the order we received. We called customer service and Jenene was so professional and courteous. She was able to immediately rectify the issue. We will definitely order again!

One of the few companies left who…
One of the few companies left who really cares about customer satifaction. The lady who helped me listened to my problem and really tried to guide me to the right shoe for my heel problem. She was great!

Shipping error
For some reason, my order from Kuru was shipped to the Netherlands, instead of the address on the order for Santa Rosa, California. The shipment was returned to Kuru, but no one from Kuru reached out to me to figure out the problem. Your customer service rep was able to ship a second order out quickly with expedited shipping. The sandals didn't fit so I tried to return them, but then the return was showing $0 for the refund. The same cust. serv. rep was able to aid me with a corrected return and was able to give me a store credit for future purchases as well as a full refund. Because of this good service, I'll still be a Kuru customer.
