Timely response with details.
My expectations for a timely and very specific answer were met. My CS reps (I had two) answered all of my questions and was encouraging about my upcoming purchase. They also supplied suggestions for other products since you didn't have exactly what I was looking for--gave me options to consider

I appreciate KURU honoring the warranty on the shoes I purchased. Hyacinth was very helpful and understanding to the issue I had. KURU are some of the best shoes and comfortable shoe I have worn. Thanks for helping me out.

Great quality shoes and service!
I have bought 4 pairs of shoes from Kuru now. The service when needed has always been helpful, prompt and as promised. Hyacinth was very helpful and took care of my return of a pair of shoes that I had purchased for my wife since they did not fit her. It's great to not only be able to purchase quality shoes and also receive quality service as well!

I absolutely love my shoes
First I absolutely love my shoes! My feet never hurt anymore. The customer support goes above and beyond and makes ordering super easy. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for solutions to foot pain with exceptional customer service.
