Do not order these shoes if you live in Canada. Paid $154 in duties for two pairs, they fit way larger than the brand I typically wear so I had to return them. Cost me an additionally $75 to ship the return since I'm not in the US. So I paid $225 to NOT have shoes. FB marketplace in my city is full of people trying to offload their Kuru shoes that don't fit them because returning them costs so much.

I bought a pair because I thought it would help my feet. I wore them once and my feet hurt worse. I have been trying to exchange or refund but no one will respond to my emails and of course....no one will answer the phone. Customer service is a joke. Don't buy them..you will not be happy.

Worst customer service.. they say free returns/ exchanges. but really the worst . I have not received my return even after following up like 10 times. Dont buy!!!

After paying over 200$ for the shoes and another $100 in customs to get them to canada, they are the most uncomfortable shoes ive ever had! I dont consider my feet to be wide but these were so tight they were killing my feet. After a month of no reply on how to return, my bank had to reach out to them to get them to communicate with me. After sending them back and the tracking has confirmed theyve gotten them, I am still up in the air, no communication and no money returned. theve received them 2 weeks ago. Absolute Garbage! Do not buy if not in the USA

Don't believe their return policy... I returned unused shoes right after trying them on... and am still waiting for a refund a month and half later. I disputed the charge on my card.

These are extremely cheap feeling shoes. Not at all what I expected. Feel like cheap foam .. no support at all. The color is also horrendous. I tried for them to grow on me but there was no way. Returned. Don’t waste your time or money.

I researched several different brands of shoes based solely on their benefits of plantar facitis, knee pain and hip pain. Everything Lead to Kuru footwear being the best. That is a lie. I had a pair of Hoka which worked very well for foot pain. My feet never hurt during our after taking them off and I was able to stand up and walk instantly after siting for a while. The only problem was the stability to help with knee and hip pain was not good. That's why I bought Kuru shoes. My feet hurt every day while wearing them and I can barely walk after sitting for a while. When I wake up in the morning I can barely stand and walk to the bathroom. These shoes have set my foot pain back so bad I will never recommend them to anyone. If you have platar facitis and/or spurs, knee or hip pain stay away from these shoes. Don't pay attention to the reviews on the website either. They take good reviews from Google and other places and use on the site. I wish I had read reviews elsewhere, not just in the site. Maybe I wouldn't have wasted $170. The return policy is horrible. You can't truly evaluate the shoes for comfort because if there's the slightest dirt, smudge or sign of wear they will not return them.

I ordered a pair of shoes from them in May. Within a couple months, the inner heel fabric had already worn through in one shoe. I did a warranty replacement through their website and received credit to purchase a different pair shoes. In less than three months, the inner fabric in BOTH of the new shoes has worn completely through. Customer service informed me that this is common for their shoes to wear after 6 months to a year, which seems bad anyway given how much a pair of these cost. A $150+ pair of shoes should last at least a year even with everyday use. And for me it has barely been six months! I have foot problems and I want to like Kuru shoes, because out of the box they felt great. Doing another warranty replacement, but it's going to be hard to keep buying this product if I keep having to replace my shoes every few months.
