I purchased a shoe that described my needs almost perfectly. They had a composot toe which is not needed for me and it was not comfortable while walking due to the shape of my foot. I asked a few questions, got quick answers and guidance to easily make an exchange for free. The replacement kinetic 2 sneakers are great and fit perfectly. I love the shoes but am baffled by the sizes. The shoes really help my heels, I am a chiropractor and on my feet all day so the shoes are important.
