I placed an order for records and received them on time. However, they were not working correctly and I have emailed Kunaki numerous times asking them to contact me to discuss the issue. NOT ONE RESPONSE FROM KUNAKI. Stay away from this company!

After ordering a bunch of records, we discover that these are cut at an alarmingly low level, meaning the signal has to be boosted so much it makes it impossible to use these records on a regular PA, even a fair home system will struggle with feedback. Upon providing this info to Kunaki, they claim the records they produce are only made for smaller systems and that everything is fine. If they had provided this info upfront we'd all be okay, but they didn't. Stay away from these amateurs. They do not know what they are doing. And on top of that, every single record on the order arrived damage to the sleeve. An absolute disgrace.

I used them to produce and make vinyls, CDs, then out of the blue I contact them because my orders arrived damaged and they closed my account with over 100$ in pending orders forcing me to refund pending orders I had with people. Now I am working with my bank to receive the money they stole because their customer service has no way of seeing how much money they owe me as they CLOSED my account for REACHING OUT TO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Do NOT use KUNAKI they produce cheaply made quiet vinyls anyways and their CD cases constantly arrived broken (I had a lot I sold these). Terrible company, terrible product, and even more terrible customer service. Scammers.

Really awful experience. Cds arrived cracked and when I asked for a refund I was banned from kunaki and some cds arrived with a manufacturer issue or not the cd I ordered.

Incomplete orders with no resolve, and little to NO communication. There system makes mistakes regularly and they don’t do right by you when they mess up your order.

They don't deliver and they will keep you waiting. Avoid at all costs!

Went from great to awfull. I really have no idea how they could think that increasing their price by ten folds while not increasing the quality of the product (which was ok but not outstanding) would bring more customers. And the client support ... well .... nah. Wont order again anymore

Never had to deal with such incompetent customer service. Very rude not helpful at all. Won't refund your product even if you have countless screenshots receipts all the documentation proof of purchase from an error on their part. They tried every way to try weasel out of their error without dealing with the matter, taking any responsibility or decency to fulfill their duties. Had to send the same receipts and screenshots multiple times dealing with them to prove the amount I paid for DVDs I never received. The PayPal receipt of my order was oddly missing after checking my emails after 3 months of trying to fulfill my order which they claim to have sent out twice unsuccessfully. Luckily I had screenshots saved of the dates and proof of purchase to show them that they probably weren't expecting. Since it mysteriously vanished after confronting them and trying to reasonably resolve the problem. They then said they would refund me $51.85 even though my order came to $151.75. Once I again showed them screenshots of the receipt and told them the actual total figure they owed. They then suddenly refused to refund my order completely saying I would have to contact the entity directly from which I ordered these DVDs. Honestly after seeing how poorly this site is rated I'm not surprised and have even considered getting family involved who work in legal affairs in taking matters further to a small claims court. Especially if I don't at least receive the $151.75 I paid. I have countless amount of emails/ receipts and screenshots of proof on how poorly they've conducted their service not refunding me a cent even though they were prepared to pay $51.85 at first and claimed they did. Which was a blatant lie as I never received a cent from them. Never dealt with such a fraudulent organization and definitely am not going to let a company steal $151.75 when I've got the legal documentation/dates to prove and support that I'm justified in my case and was completely robbed as a customer. At least deserved a refund for not receiving the goods I purchased over 3 months ago and had a battle to try and resolve it professionally. Seriously unprofessional, disgraceful and down right criminal how they've conducted themselves as a company in this matter.
