When i ordered the CDs i saw the shipping was 26$, I thought it was pretty fair and that it would cover all the customs and taxes, but after i ordered. I had to pay another 11$ for the customs and after they had arrived a week later i got a letter in the mail that i had to pay another 4$ for some random customs cost. So the shipping and customs alone cost 41$ which is pretty high. But atleast the CDs were in good condition and work well.

I would not recommend Kunaki based on my experience. While the shipping costs are clearly displayed, they are already very high. On top of that, there is no clear warning that customers in Spain may also be charged customs and import fees upon delivery. The combination of expensive shipping and unexpected customs charges makes the final cost extremely high. The product presentation was also disappointing. The cassette insert was poorly folded, giving the finished product an unprofessional appearance. Customer service responded to my concerns but did not offer any meaningful solution or take responsibility for the issues raised. Overall, an expensive purchase, disappointing presentation, and unhelpful customer support.

Emailed with an enquiry about their services on 23rd June, with no response at all. That’s almost 1 whole month!! I was really looking forward to hearing from them and getting to work with them. This is beyond disappointing.

kunaki profited by payment to them from My customers of over 74 Albums. They claim paypal gets the money. Called paypal and they have no arrangement with Kunaki to pay out money above the manufacturing costs. They take your customers money and you never see any of it. They made over 5 Mil last year according to some resources. They stole my music and may be still selling it now till I get them in court for fraud.

Never again Congratulations, Kunaki. You've managed to build a service that is simultaneously overpriced, dysfunctional, geographically delusional, and apparently run by no one. The website? Pure 2004 nostalgia. Broken ASP links, a calculator that throws server errors, and a copyright footer that hasn't been updated since 2023 because why maintain a site when you can just let it slowly rot while still charging people? Shipping to Europe? Sure! France doesn't exist in their country list (bold choice for a supposedly international service), but you CAN ship to neighboring countries for the low, low price of MORE THAN TEN TIMES the manufacturing cost. $26 shipping on a $2 CD. Genius. And if something goes wrong? Their customer service will lose your receipts, offer you a partial refund, then deny ever offering it, then tell you to contact someone else entirely. Kafka would be impressed. Kunaki in 2026 is a ghost ship: still sailing, no crew, taking on water, and somehow still charging passengers full fare. 1 star because zero isn't an option.

Kunaki LLC is selling software DVDs on eBay using false advertising. When you receive the DVD or CD it will not have the License and Product number (as advertised) in order to activate the software. When I contacted the "person" who sold the software they had unregistered from eBay, or disappeared with my money.

I enjoyed the initial ease of uploading and creating... how've after that, nothing is easy. 2 weeks for 1 cd, then after finding a mistake i begged for help and this was their response "We ask you to go elsewhere. We ask that you no longer use our service. You are asking us to pay for your mistake. Your order will be trashed. Thank you for understanding." Ummmmkay.... nice to know my work is trash. I never asked anyone to pay for it. I asked that they change one thing! In a day where good customer service is hard to find, we will stick with those that are willing to work with new producers. Clearly kunaki does not care one bit about anything but your money. Hoping someone cool find my cds in their trash somewhere!
