I was impressed at all levels of my interactions with all members of the staff at Krikawa. Most notably Sandrine, my initial contact and go to for all my questions and guidance, and Lisa Krikawa, who with Sandrine helped turn my ideas into a quick sketch of what would become the beautiful custom engagement ring for my now fiance.

Great design process. They helped me through it all very patiently and thoroughly. The end product arrived early and turned out perfect.

Beautiful repair of my ring

Krikawa's designs are unique to the jewelry world, as is their customer service. They went out of their way to create and ship me one of their most unique designs I've ever seen (swirl scaffolding) ahead of time. I'll never forget the personal touch they brought to the whole experience.

The staff are excellent and the attention to detail is second to none. Our ring came back from design below their standards and they didn't even let us see it, they sent it right back to have it redone and had it back quicker than they said they would. They have made lifetime customers out of us for sure.

I ordered a halo for my WLS pendant and it was outstanding: perfectly crafted. The gems were set beautifully and the engraving was legible and perfectly scripted

Given my amazing experience I could not recommend Krikawa more! Tyler, the design consultant I worked with was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and did everything he could to get me exactly what I wanted. I walked in with only a vague idea of the engagement ring I wanted and Tyler helped me narrow down all the options until I found the perfect one. I also needed it to be a rush order and despite my, I thought, unrealistic timeline they managed to have it for my in time for my proposal. I cannot thank them enough and will be returning to pick out wedding bands and recommending them to everyone I can!

I got a custom piece made for my necklace and it is gorgeous! I highly recommend this company if you are interested in high-quality work.
