Krikawa Jewelry DesignsReviews of krikawa.com

Great experience. I walked in with a basic idea for an engagement ring and within an hour I had a preliminary sketch and the whole process was explained in detail. Everyone was friendly and knew what they were doing. The final product was beautiful!

They made my vision come to life.. with excellent customer service and an amazing team these people have everything. Thank you all so much for your hard work and excellent craftsmanship.

3rd time flying into AZ since I’ve had my ring 2012 and I fly in just to get ring checked cleaned. This is the best service I’ve had in the 3x I have came out. Ryan was exceptional via phone or email to accommodate me to fit me in for a quick turnaround when I’m there. All the other staff was over the top friendly to us and made us feel so welcome and in great hands with my rings. And my ring looks so beautiful only complaint is that I wished you were in Canada to make it easier for me to get it checked more than 2-3 yrs apart.

Excellent from initial discussion all the way through to delivery of the rings. Customer service was brilliant and communication was excellent.

My experience from the first call to delivery of my ring was effortless. Lisa and her entire team are amazing and professional. They created and delivered under a tight time line and what I received is truly a masterpiece. Thank you Krikawa!

Working with the Krikawa team was such a delight—they're extraordinarily helpful and supportive and kept me updated through the whole production and shipping process. I cannot thank them enough for creating such a stunning ring for my fiancée.
