Krikawa was a new company to me and my fiancee. I was, honestly, a bit terrified by the prices, but the quality is undeniable. Incredible craftsmanship and vey courteous and prompt responses to all queries. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

I'm so glad that I found Krikawa! My primary concern when I first started the adventure of purchasing an engagement ring was to work with an organization with high ethical standards and a commitment to environmental responsibility. As you can find on the website, Krikawa is a certified member of the Responsible Jewelry Council and sources diamonds from organizations supporting conflict-free stones. Krikawa also adheres to progressive values and is LGBT friendly. All huge positives by me! My experience in the design process was also pleasant and informative. I had a tight budget, but had a pretty good idea of what I wanted. I very much felt like I played a part in the design process, and with the help of Krikawa designers, the idea evolved overtime. It was certainly a learning process for me, and there was some back and forth (and patience on both ends) before we settled on the perfect ring. But in the end, we came up with something that was better than I imagined starting out. Moreover, the team worked very hard to keep pricing within my budget, which I am grateful for. Overall, I'm very happy with my experience at Krikawa, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for ethical, eye-catching jewelry. I will start by saying I have never purchased anything this expensive on the internet before and I am not what some would call financially rich, so I am very grateful for the patience the team at Krikawa had dealing with me as I might have seemed nervous and indecisive at times! My husband insisted for several years that he did not want a ring (working in the trades, he would seldom get to wear it) but a month before our wedding day, he changed his mind. I knew the ring I wanted him to have would not be here on time, but I had no idea that Krikawa would lend us a temporary ring for the ceremony - that was absolutely top notch customer service. Not to mention the multiple sizing kits to get the perfect fit that it is- Thank you for that! And about the ring, I've done my best to take pictures of this thing but nothing does it any justice. It's absolute perfection. It has no gems and yet every gold edge in the carving glitters like diamonds, its the coolest thing. It is definately the most badass ring we've ever laid our eyes on. Another point here is that my husband is extremely picky (why the hell he picked me is beyond my imagination) and thankfully, he is without a doubt loving this ring. I thought about giving the ring to him on a mountain next week since we are going on a trip to climb a few 14-ers out west, but then thought that may be too cliche and he'd be expecting that. So yesterday, we were preparing our camera equipment so I hid the ring (In it's totally sweet wooden box) in the tote of tangled cables, lenses, camera mounts, etc and gave him the task of sorting through that. Needless to say, it caught him completely off guard and was a pretty wonderful experience. Thank you again, you guys have mad skills! - Anna Swanson
