From the very start of the process I felt extremely valued and taken care of. I worked closely with Tyler who I felt was very personal and spoke like a real person, not some fake retailer. I felt reassured with every step of the process and got constant updates on the status of the wedding set I had made for us. They used excellent visual aids and were always very thoughtful with all of the details. I'd highly recommend using their service. It does come at a premium, but I'd rather pay for quality than risk having anything less than perfect. The rings themselves were stunning. My fiancé was absolutely shocked with how beautiful and elegant our rings were. The design was flawless and the presentation was beautiful. Thanks for making the two of us very very happy. I'll certainly return to Krikawa for more custom designs in the future.
