We were very happy to patronize a local business for our wedding rings, and are extremely happy with the final product.

My wife and I enjoyed Krikawa's style of design. We were really pleased with the final results. The whole process from the design, rendering, and the final results we were updated the whole process. However, at times some of the staff members were slow at getting back to us. They answered all our questions. I would recommend them and use them again for future purchases.

Great product. Rings were made to our specifications and every detail was considered. Had a lot of great communication along the way, and the rings turned out beautiful. Only negative experience came after the delivery of our rings. One small detail was missing, two tiny diamonds were missing. Instead of sending the ring back we agreed to put the diamonds into another piece of jewelry instead. The new piece of jewelry was way overpriced and I got charged shipping again when I had gone out of my way to save them the cost of shipping back and forth for their original mistake. Left a bad taste in my mouth.

Would have liked it if they were a little more honest with me when comparing white gold and platinum for my active fiancée. Didn’t find out until after the sale that it would have been better in the long run to go with the white gold. Feel like they were trying to make a quick buck instead of having the customers best interest in mind. She loves the design, not favorable to the metal I was suggested to purchase from them.

Awesome looking ring!!! After a slight struggle with sales, Ishere I had to have a conversation with upper management, I finally spoke with someone who could work with me and accommodate my schedule. The ordering process is great after that. They send you sample ring sizes, in the mm width you think you want. I wore two of the sample rings around for a few days each and selected the one I did not expect. The ring perfectly replicated the trial ring in size and I was able to understand that I need a smaller width. The ring is beautiful and unique. Delivery from Krikawa via FedEx was horrible! FedEx or FedUp as I like to call them, said they would deliver on a certain day before 10:30 AM and that someone needs to be there to sign for the ring. Fair enough, but dispute FedUp haveing my email address and phone number, having called the night before, the ring did not show up until 2:13 PM. No tracking notification, no email notification and no phone call regarding any type of delay.So add a days salary lost into the total purchase equation of the ring.
