Krebs RealtyReviews of krebsrealty.com

I was 100% impressed on how quick this company handled the transaction. Everything was explained to me over the phone and not in a email. Smooth exchange of deed and proposal. I would do business with them in the future in a heartbeat. Thank you again Jonn

Krebs Realty offered to buy a lot that I owned in Florida. They were very easy to deal with in that they were exceptionally communicative. They answered any questions I had either by phone or email. If there were a delay, they notified me by email. I am happy to recommend them. Gail Thein

I was wary when I received an unsolicited offer from this company to purchase some land I owned. I decided to accept their offer because it was a small amount and there was limited downside. I'm glad I took the chance! Krebs Realty followed through quickly on all details involved in handling the sale, took care of all the paperwork, and I received an echeck within a day of signing all the final papers. I cannot recommend them highly enough for their professionalism, attention to detail, frequency of communication, and willingness to answer all my questions.

I got an offer in the mail for my land. A week after I accepted it, the deal was done and I had the money. I wish everything worked out this way.

David and Tori conducted a quick, efficient and effective transaction. It is obvious that the combination of their experience and professional attitude is reflected in their manner of communication, organization of the process and clarity throughout the transaction. They are clearly at the top of this type of work and we can speak from experience since we have worked with others in these type of property sales.

Krebs Realty recently purchased a piece of property from our organization. From the time the offer was accepted until closing was less than ten days. The whole transaction went very fast, smooth, and without any problems. Thanks, David & Tori!
