Krebs RealtyReviews of krebsrealty.com

I (with my two brothers and sister) recently sold a vacant lot in Lake Placid, FL to David Krebs of Krebs Realty. He approached us via a letter of interest to purchase the property with a very fair offer. We had received previous offers and his offer was the best to date. He handled all the details (purchase agreement, title company, closing costs). He communicated via email which made the process very efficient since we all live in different parts of the US. It was a stress-free process and we each had our money in less than 30 days. I recommend Krebs Realty highly.

Sale of property with my siblings. Fast and efficient.

Great communication and service.

David made the transaction process easy and fast.

Very easy to work with, always extremely responsive as well.

David worked so quickly on the sale of our property. Always kept us informed on what was going on and what was needed. David was very easy to work with. I will work with him again if ever needed.

David Krebs recently hired me for notary work. He was great to work with. He gave instructions that were clear and concise. Provided all the details that I needed to perform the job and have a seamless transaction. I look forward to working with Krebs Realty again in the future.

My experience selling my property was very professional from start to finish. David explained the the whole process and the timeline for the sale and it went exactly as he said. There were no glitches during the transaction. I would highly recommend Krebs Realty.
