Sold our lot in Florida using Karen’s. Easy quick and as promised.

Over the years I've received offers to buy my land in Florida. Some, but not all, were scams. Krebs Realty sent me a letter inquiring if I would be interested in selling my land. I called David and had a constructive conversation. I counter offered a selling price that I felt was a reasonable price for my property. David did all the work on the sale and incurred all the expenses. In a matter of hours a notary was at my house with the papers and within two days I received a certified check via priority mail, Everything moved seamlessly...no delays or hassles . Krebs Realty is spot on how they conduct there business. VERY professional

Mr. David Krebbs is a professional! He articulated the details of the sales, accommodated my requests during the transaction while coordinating the closing within a few weeks. His communications via email and phone were reliable and expeditious. After years of trying to sell our property, David made it happen.

Krebs Realty made the process of selling my land quick and easy. They had a mobile notary person meet where I wanted to sign the paperwork and I was payed within two weeks

I sold a Florida lot to the Krebs, David and Tori. I had a brief and pleasant experience. From the day I mailed the initial agreement to the day of closing it took just 2 weeks to complete. They are very nice and helpful, answering all questions quickly. Good company to do business with. I would recommend them.
