After receiving the samples I placed the order on line. Then I called imeadiately to change the order...customer service was able to assist me in changing the order. I received the fabric on time. I would order fabric again.

Thanks for your prompt delivery of my beautiful Kovi fabric. We had our dining room chairs reupolstered as well as a table runner made to match the chairs with the remaining fabric. The funny thing is that I happen to work at a fabric store and couldn't find one fabric I liked as much as the one we selected through Kovi. And I would have gotten a really good deal at the fabric store, but I didn't want to settle for anything less than what we felt was the beautiful selection we made through your company. Thanks, Kovi. I have ordered several bolts of fabric from KOVI fabrics and I have always been pleased with the quality of the leather, vinyl, suede and cloth upholstery. They deliver promptly, are willing to send out samples so you know exactly what you're getting, and I think the prices have been very reasonable.

we are thrilled with the fabric and quality. i looked in the d & d bldng in ny and pdc in la and could not find anything. just by luck, i came across KOVI when googleing for a color combination. when the yardage came, i called the upholsterer immediately and she just brought back the dining chairs. couldnt be better!
