I ordered several samples which came quickly. Having made my choice I placed my order. Unfortunately they did not have quite enough available and were no longer going to stock this particular material. Customer services called and emailed me right away and let me know how much they had in stock. I had the option of cancelling, reordering, or taking what they had left. Luckily they had just enough. My order was then delivered within 2 days and the difference in price refunded. A good product, at a good price, and very good customer service .

KOVI fabrics is the best company for ordering fabric online. Their easy to use website and the free fabric samples made selecting the right fabric for my project simple. Can not wait for my next project to use KOVI again.
