I ordered 10 samples, only received 2. Their website says orders are processed within the week. I reached out when it had been 3 weeks since I placed the order and was disappointed to find that they have no way to check if the samples were sent, they just offered to resend them and if I had a PO box they could send it to instead. These are for samples. I cannot IMAGINE the stress of waiting on a rather large order of fabric for reupholstering furniture! Definitely taking my business elsewhere.

The customer service department never returns messages and when they speak to you and say they will look into your situation they never call back. My order was completely wrong for example, I order 3 yards of a beige vinyl and 2 yards of a silver vinyl, I received 5 yards of the beige vinyl. When I called about the order some man basically yelled at me to go online to report the problem which, I did then I followed up a few hours later with a phone call. I explained the problem that I DON’T WANT the 2 YARD OF SILVER VINYL” ONLY 2 yards of the beige. They replied keep the beige and I will call you back about the other vinyl you needed. They never called back and Fedex delivered the Sliver vinyl that I said I don’t need at this time. I needed that last week. As of today, I haven’t received a call back about my ordered. I will not order from them if I have a pressing or dead line order to fill. The vinyl was perfect.

Agustina Vega of KOVI emailed me just now telling me that the fabric that I ordered was discontinued after me first contacting them so many days later? Waiting for nothing to arrive. I think that is horribly unprofessional and inconsiderate of my time. I requested a prompt refund. WE must expect more from people in business online.

I paid for my samples They never came They always sent an email asking if I received them. I called them 4 TIMES They always promised to send them but never did They are crooks I think it is run by 1 guy and no employees. Impossible to reach Alway sends to voice mail and they never call you The one guy Yuri called and left a message I called his cell and told him my woes. He said he would send my samples that day and refund my money too Never happened! Also he said they were headquartered in Minnesota I just read on FB that they are located in Grandville, Michigan. Something fishy going on here.

Stay far, far away from this company. I ordered fabric and paid for it and then they sent me an email stating they would not be able to fulfill the order. However, rather than returning the payment, they kept it. I have asked Paypal to request a refund since they did not automatically send it. I am also retaining a lawyer. I wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering.

The website is impressive, but the company is horrible. I picked out a fabric, and the photo and the description were exactly what I wanted—aqua and beige. But, when the fabric arrived, it was navy and beige. Believing Kovi’s claim that satisfaction is guaranteed, and my money would be refunded if I wasn’t satisfied, I contacted the company by email. (Just try getting someone to answer the phone number they give you. I dare you.) After some effort on their part, trying to get me to order some other material in exchange, I said that I just wanted my money refunded. (I wanted to return the unusable fabric, but was told it wasn’t necessary.) I did order and pay for two new fabric samples to be sent to me. They didn’t come, and they didn’t come. After several emails telling them that I still had not received my samples (or my refund), an envelope finally showed up. But, with only one sample fabric. Months later, I have yet to receive the other sample or the refund for my fabric order. Stay far, far away from this company.

I ordered fabric from this company on November 12, 2019. Prior to placing my order, I requested a sample which I received. At the time I requested the sample and at the time of the order, I asked the order taker to check whether they had the yardage I requested in their warehouse. I even put a hold on the yardage (I thought). I was then put on hold while the person went to double check. He returned to the call and assured me that the fabric was in their warehouse. Two weeks after my purchase, the fabric had not been received. For over a week, I called this company every day and received no return call. I emailed them and received no response. I finally received a phone call on 12-3-2019 (after I left a message that I would be requesting a refund from my credit card company). The person who spoke with me finally told me the fabric was on backorder until 12-31-2019. I was never told this at the time of the order and no one ever called me after I placed the order to tell me the order was on backorder. It is my belief that this is not a real company. That this is a side gig for something with a full time job and there is no customer service. I have requested a refund on my credit card for this purchase. BEWARE OF SHOPPING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I have all the paperwork to back this up – the order confirmation, the fabric sample etc. . BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!! I have put in a complaint to Better Business Bureau

WARNING: Do not waste your time ordering anything with this company! They are deplorable. Nonexistent customer service. Try googling them and you can read for yourself what others have experienced. Abysmal!!! Just disputed the charge with my credit card company, but spent HOURS trying to get in touch with Kovi and figure out the status of my order. Save yourself time and money by dealing with a reputable fabric supplier!!!! NOT KOVI! PS: I had to give them one star, but they really deserve ZERO
