KOSPET Smart WatchReviews of kospet.com

Hi I got kospet prime 2 and I can't read my what app notification without open the aplication

Fast delivery, took 6 days to reach the UK from Kospet.com. I'm very much enjoying the Kospet Optimus 2. Everything works well with no issues. A+

Purchased a Kospet Rock from the official Kospet website. I was unable to link the watch to my phone via Bluetooth after numerous attempts. I tried deleting a re-downloading the “da phone” application. I factory reset the watch numerous times and rebooted my phone as well with no luck. I contacted after sales customer service and they are supposed to be sending me a replacement unit. Will repost once received.

Don't fall for their scam. I ordered a smartwatch from them and then, after the sale, was presented an opportunity to add charging cables to my order. I presumed that the cables were for the watch I just bought and figured I could use a couple more in reserve. However, they were for a watch I don't even own, let alone just ordered. My bad for not reading the details well enough, but they are just trying to scam you into additional sales

I bought my Kospet Rock without making any research. My decision was motivated by the waterproof performance and the shock resistance and general ruggedness of the product. The watch arrived very quickly. For the price I was expecting a cheapo watch, I was very pleasantly surprised to discover how wrong I was. You would not pick the kospet rock as a bargain item in a lineup. Every detail about this watch is impressive. Got it setup and had it going for two weeks when it suddenly refused to link with my android phone . I contacted the Company via their website, and was blown away when I received a reply an hour later. I must admit I have never experienced such level of care and attention before , specially when dealing with an entry level item. The sale manager advised me that she had forwarded my claim to the service department and help was on the way. Indeed it was, I received countless other messages about trying this and that, I followed onto the instructions and fixed the Bluetooth and pairing issues. Bingo fix! The problem was never the watch but the phone. I carelessly interfered with some settings, and it caused the problem to snowball. So 100%+ user mistake, the service department never gave up on me and went out of their way to assist, absolute champions. My watch works perfectly now, I decided to buy two more of this model for some good friends and weekend adventurers, my costly apple watch lasted less than three weeks only. In brief I trust this company and I trust the product, Quality service reflects a quality Company. I have no hesitation in recommending The Kospet watch Company to anyone.
