Nice to receive today

I posted an issue I had with my Prime 2.. The response was very quick and solutions were very quick.. I tried using the app provided but still has problems I get it to run on my PC and watch.. Posted again and once again Recieved a quick response via email on how to initiate the handshake between the watch and PC.. Worked like a Charm... I was able to flash my watch and fix the problem.... Customer service was fantastic.. I personally didn't expect this kind of quick response and help from the company being half way across the world in Canada... Well done!! Huge thank you to Lauren Su for your quick responses & help to point me to the right direction on fixing my watch...

I watch came in good time. I am happy!, with watch and functionality of the watch. I never have linked my watch to the phone, I use my telephone provider to forward all calls to watch number automatically when not answered on phone. This allows the watch to be totally independent of my phone and have whatsapp on my wrist using whatsapp device sharing. This works great. The only flaw about watch is, I can't put apps in alphabetical order in android listing. Kospect stupidly insist that it remains in there order which make finding apps really difficult. Please Please change this.

Order came in 10 days! The clock is cool, connected to the phone immediately, very functional!It is an excellent performance team according to its price I would certainly buy again and recommend it. Good quality. Good delivery!

Kospet Optimus 2 is great so far! I have been very happy with the fast delivery and quality of the watch. This is my 2nd KOSPET watch and I have been pleased with both watches I have purchased. So far the scrolling and all activities on the watch have been very smooth.

I got my Kospet Optimus2 watch. really good watch. but after 4 months suddenly it get hot, screen stopped to work and it turned off. okay it happens. But then it start with the warranty. I am right now writing with Kospet since few days. sending them all documents videos etc. Also payment confirmation and Invoice. they saying I didn't buy it on kospet site (but I did- HongKong Kospet technology inc.) And they can't refund it. What? They can't not read? they wan't refund it. Really bad service. It is a joke. Be carrefull

I was very happy with my watch and I even recommended it to others! But, apparently that after a year and half long use its strap was torn and the sensor with the led had stopped working. It's a real shame that the quality of the watch is only enough for its one year long warranty. I am not sure if I will buy my next smart watch from Kospet. And I will stop recommending buying smart watches from this company to others. This is not the first smart watch that I had owned and none of the watches that I had bought stopped working after a year and half and their strap never got torn. Their coustmer service is good and they reply fast.

The watch arrived with the camera broken. No support from Kospet. They should have sent a new one, but nothing.. Such a poor customer care!
