Horrible experience. I placed my order and paid with PayPal over a week ago. You have now sent me two emails to review the watch and I still have to received the watch.

After a week watch has still not even posted and no replies to emailz

Questo è il mio 2ndo kospet che acquisto, bel orologio a me piacciono i patacconi e kospet Optimus2 lo é,l'app dedicata non riesco a capire perché ma ,non riesco a registrarmi con la mia email mi sono dovuto registrare come ospite,ho dovuto scaricare l'app whatc droid così almeno riesco a rispondere alle notifiche che mi arrivano,premetto che non sto usando nessuna SIM ma, è collegato con il mio smartphone,per quanto riguarda il GPS non ci siamo ho mandato email all'assistenza,ma il problema sussiste ancora , quando vado a correre o in giro in bicicletta ,nonostante sia all'esterno,non riesce a trovare il satellite continua a girare per la ricerca ma,niente da fare non lo trova, anche per il meteo non trova la mia posizione, sinceramente pensavo meglio, spero che con qualche aggiornamento si riesca a migliorare...e che questa volta ci siano aggiornamenti perché quando avevo Optimus pro non ho visto neanche l'ombra di un aggiornamento .

Bought the Optimus 2 and it was delivered in two days! It seems Kospet had a US warehouse set up for deliveries to US. As this was my third watch from them (Hope, Prime), I was very pleased not to wait over a month for delivery. Well, 1 month into use, my power button started to malfunction. I contacted after sales and they first offered to send me the parts for a local shop to repair at their expense, but, I thought it might confuse things in the future if I needed warranty service. You know, an unauthorized third party opening the watch might cause some issues. So, I sent it back to them in Hong Kong. It took me just about a month to get my replacement. Not to bad, considering... The rub came when I was given erroneous tracking info (cost them one star). The watch just showed up one day. Again, the overall timeframe for replacement seemed appropriate. After sales was very good and I do appreciate their assistance but, customer service is all about setting the customer's expectations and the erroneous tracking info didn't help. Would I purchase another Kospet, absolutely. As they grow their customer service will/should get tweaked for the better. Although the best customer service is the customer service you don't need😉 Keep up the good work Kospet.

Very easy to talk whit support, I like it

This was my second smartwatch purchase and I went for Kospet Optimus 2, this time. I am quite happy with my purchase and touch-wood no issues of any sort till now for the past 4 months. I also purchased few accessories and the overall experience was satisfying. Few features I would be happy to see on OP2 are; Amoled display, double-touch screen wakeup, NFC, ceramic bands under accessories.

I bought a Kospet watch because I was convinced by the reduced price for this watch model, functionality and design. My expectations after unpacking the watch were very positive, using it is a lot of fun and I am happy with the purchase.

My Optimus 2 functions flawlessly. I believe an advertising campaign featuring Dick Tracy and his 2- way wrist tv with atomic light would be effective.
