Very good service

I cannot disconnect my iPhone from the Prime S watch. I have reset the watch to factory settings and it is still receiving my iPhones notifications. I have also disconnected the app from my phone and the watch. I bought the watch for my son and I do not want him being bombarded with my information. Help me with this problem please. I did have a 2 star but it is now a 5 star because customer service did reach out to me quickly and they helped me solve this issue. Thanks so much. My son loves everything about the watch. He is 11 years old 5ft tall and it is a little large (which we expected) on him but looks great!

Amazing watch, great feature, blood pressure, saturation, heart rate, distance, steps and more world of features, The only downside is the screen is getting off and if you want to know time, you must touch screen or a button to see screen and watch time,. My suggestion to the company is to change this setting and allow watch to be a watch and on a quick glance you should be able to see screen and read time, like other battery operated watches. I understand it standing by to save battery but it’s very inconvenient for watch when want to know the time at glance. Also the wrist band require improvement as the current band I’d very basic. It’s only my suggestion for better performance, otherwise highly recommend five stars.

They are deleting my posts about the defective product! I never in my life seen such rude company. They are deleting my problem on there website, not only that they are deleting I tried to tell other people with problems like mine and my posts just vanished. And if you want back your money for there product wich is not funtional forget about your money they will not give you back! SHAME ON YOU KOSPET DO NOT BUY PEOPLE!!!!

3 post and nothing ( again they dont even bother for me ttake my 200 euros and stop reply) DO NOT BUY Me again. So what is the problem KOSPET why it has been past over one month and you still havent fix anything. You sold me DEFECTIVE prodcut and now you want me to spend more money to send you broken product and then you will see what the problem is!? I reported the first day since I got that is broken and nothing. And it is funny i reported that your after sale was rude and did not help me with the problem accues me of LYING. And all of a sudden the next post somebody posted that they are quick with the problems fast reply and polite customers service. Few day after I wrote the opposite!!! People do not buy this you will lose your money. KOSPET you really should me ashamed. I just wanted a damn watch and spend 200 euros for what I could easly buy a chep one on alibaba or wish. Even some wacthes from wish are better quality. First it is functional not like mine.... and it is 10 times chepaer. I was naive when I saw your ads. KOSPET SCAMMERS!!
