The watch is great. It does way more than any other smartwatch can do...love the camera with flash. Kospet shipping was faster than I ever experienced before. The watch was on my wrist in a blink after I paid for it. Keep up the great work Kospet

Love it. But the weather app states "Watch is Not Paired", which it is.... I'm getting my texts, alarms, etc. Also have not been able to get the heart rate monitor to work... but the other apps work and it was relatively simple to set up. 4 out of 5

order #3636 Hello I just opened the box of my new Kospet Optimus 2 > This is was my first experience with Kospet and I am just not happy with it. > I am shocked to see that there was no Powerbank charger included in that. How am I going to charge my watch without it? Can anyone explain me? Even when you buy any company's mobile phones or any gadgets, they all provide their charger with the handset in the box, and that is something fairly obvious, how can you miss it? > There was no complimentary protection film as well in the box. These are some basic stuffs that any smallest of companies also provide to their customers. Also looked like the box was pre-opened and bugged by someone unauthorized. There was no protection around the box as well which could easily damaged the watch. This was my 1st experience with Kospet and after waiting for more than 20 days of delivery, I am utterly disappointed and despaired. > I am about to post my reviews on social media and YouTube about my first experience with Kospet, but before that, I need resolution ASAP.
