I purchased quite a few earrings the other day. The hoops were broken I emailed straight away and had no response. Type of company that want to take your money and not support you. Wouldn't shop here again and wouldn't recommend.

Update January 2026: I would like to update my review again. It would appear the company have upped their game and improved their customer service. I would like to mention they sent me my original order that I placed free of charge as well as a full refund. I am happy with how they resolved my problem Update dec 2025: the company have contacted me twice asking me to update or remove this review. I finally received a refund almost two months after my original purchase with a simple screenshot of a refund. I thank the company for finally giving it to me but I still stand by how it should not have taken so long and me being ignored by them in multiple platforms. It's like the tables of have turned now they are trying to chase me. Although it appears they may possible have improved their service now, I will not purchase from this company again. Very bad. So not buy from here. Ordered on June 9th . Was due for delivery June 20th. Still not turned up. Was told I need to wait 30 days for a refund for my parcel to be deemed as lost. Been over 30 days and they said they would refund me 5 days ago on 2 days time. No refund and no response to any emails.

I'm so disappointed in the stone quality. I can tell it's not a real and just a lookalike made with glass. the moss agate i got isnt even slightly green to begin with. other than that i think the quality is ok....

Mijn bestelling is nooit aangekomen. Ik heb besteld op 24 mei terwijl we nu al 23 juni zijn… Heb een mail gestuurd op 12 juni, maar nooit een antwoord op gekregen. Ben dus mijn geld kwijt en heb niks in de plaats. Jammer🙄

Extrêmement déçu des produits. Le bijoux sont mal fait. Il n'est écrit nul part que se sont des bijoux a visser du coup ce n'est vraiment pas pratique avec de si petit bijoux. Donc une tiers personne est obligé de me les mettre car moi c'est impossible. Le petit palmier est déjà abimé car je dors avec donc pas solide. De plus les bjoux ne font pas la taille donné sur le site : Tong donnée pour 7.7mm la mienne fait 7.4mm le pire est le verre cocktail annoncé 6.5mm la mienne fait 6mm Ce n'est pas grand chose mais a mettre en place c'est compliqué et il y a tromperie sur la marchandise.

Do not purchase!! Scam website that don't reply to return requests. They essentially sent me prop doll earrings. That were tiny and completely unfunctional as the ball bearing ends were not removable

Hele slechte ervaring. Retourneren raadt het bedrijf zelf niet aan. Ze geven als reden dat retourneren duurder is dan het houden van het product. Zou zo je voor retourkosten en invoerrechten moeten betalen, ze geven aan dat dit duurder is dan mijn bestelling van 60 euro houden (?!) Als "oplossing" geven ze aan dat je de originele bestelling moet betalen (in mijn geval dus 60 euro) en dat wanneer je een nieuw item besteld, je 20% korting krijgt + een voucher van 10 euro. Het zou dan gaan om 60 euro + ongeveer 44 euro, en dit is goedkoper dan retourneren en het artikel ruilen?? Verder is het telkens 1-2 dagen wachten op een reactie per mail. Waardeloos "bedrijf"!
