KosinerjewelryReviews of kosinerjewelry.com

This company is a scam!! They are not based in Hong Kong and send the wrong cheap products. Customer Service does not exist. This is a fake company and product. BUYERS BEWARE!!!

Nice jewelery and great service!

I do not recommend! Especially the hoop earrings, they are not staying closed and the part that goes through your ear is so thin that is bending easily. It’s not worth the price at all!

Mi sono trovata veramente bene con i loro gioielli, essendo io amante ho preso sia orecchini che anellini e devo dire che oltre alla bellezza c’è anche la qualità Non si sono ne anneriti ne scoloriti

I had an issue with my order at first, but the customer service team at Kosiner Jewelry handled it very professionally. They carefully reviewed my case, approved the return, and processed a full refund without any problems. What impressed me most was that, despite the initial difficulties, they eventually went above and beyond to make things right. This shows they truly care about customer satisfaction. Thank you for resolving my situation — I really appreciate the support and fairness.

Amazing service I love kosinerjewelry I love all their pieces. I’ve purchased about 7 times now and bought 14k gold pieces and the quality is amazing and they are absolutely beautiful. Will always purchase from here.

So far not impressed. The earing arrived in a lovely packaging however it's so so tiny I cannot even handle it plus nowhere that it says it made of white gold. I emailed a few days ago but heard nothing so far..

I love the products, collected a few 14k earrings now, as well as a handy tool which makes insertion and fixing the front of the earring very easy process. Always quick delivery to the UK, and we'll packed to include product pouch, box and gift bag.
